How To Get Rid Of The Fordyce Spots On The Penis?

Hello doctor. am getting really paranoid about my fordyce spots, they cover all around my penis and it is destroying my sexual relationship. my girlfriend has not realized them just yet because everything has been done in the dark just so she wouldnt get freaked out. i am too afraid to go to a doctor in real life to show my problem and i would love a solution to solve my problem of fordyce spots on my penis.thank you.
