How To Get Rid Of The White Spots On Face During Winter?

Iam Aditya.

From the time of winter, my skin is very demoistrizing. Skin on face, hands, legs.

I used Pears and its better when iam in Hyderabad. But from the time i came to Patna(2months ago) the situation totally got changed.

I feel that skin on my hands is dead and i didn't felt any sweat on them.

I got few white spots on face(some itching sensation is aslo there at these spots) and hands and face skin is demoistrized to its heights.

Moistarizing creams are not helpful.



Hope you can help me to get rid of this.
