How To Get Rid Of Unwanted Hair?

hello,
i am a 23 year old woman, i have hair on areas that are exposed.
i dont know what to do, cos wen i shave them it grows immediately and gives me terrible bumps, i need to know the cause and what to do about it, a doctor said i had cyst at one point but i dnt go back to check, i have donated egg twice for IVF procedure,
i dont know what this could mean, as i have read some articles which said it could be difficult to get pregnant to.
i have bn having unprotected sex with my boyfriend and i have not gttn pregnant.
i am just very confused i dont understnd anything and i dnt knw what to do, plus i am really scared.
