How To Get Rid Of Vaginal Itching?

About every two months lately I stay up all night because I have vaginal itching which is unbearable around the hairline only and sometimes I get a itching sensation on the inside of my right thigh. Ucerine and A&D usually tame it down but I am very stressful lately and I am one that can't utilize fragranced soaps, body washes, etc. What can I do? I am 51 years old and have never experienced anything like this before in my life...
