How To Get Rid Of Vertigo?

Dear Doctor, I went to ENT specialist for right side nasal problem. He examined me and told me that nose bone is bend. I just want to check with you that due to nose or ear problem, i am facing vertigo problem, not able to balance my body and dizziness
