How To Get Rid Of Warts On Forehead?

hello doctor, I am 27 years old male and have some 5 to 6 warts on my forehead, I used Thuja Gel as a remedy. In initial days it worked by after using continuously my skin peeled (dark red and some itiching) in the area where I used Thuja Gel.

Please help
