How To Get Rid Of White Bump On Penis?

Hi there. I have had this white bump on my penis( below the head of the penis) ever since I was 13,I am now 20 years old.it is in a row form and has no pain at all.i am afraid to go to hospital and do check ups.in my own research I have kind of found that it is sebaceous glad and can you please tell me how to get rid of it with out going to hospital?.thank you.
