How To Get Rid Of White Patch On Arm?

Hi, I have a white patch on my arm that keeps getting bigger and triggers small patches around it. How can I avoid contamination of this patch to other areas? How can I make it disappear? I am currently used a local cream called Nystalocal. What do u think about this cream? Is it helpful? Thank you .
