How To Get Rid Of White Spots On Face/back/neck/shoulders?

Hello, I am 42 years old. Have had estrogen checked 3 different times. level of 1600, 1300 then 300. My face, back, neck, shoulders ha white spots which covered me like chicken pox. Given flufloxacilin course. No gone. This happened 4 years ago as well. At the moment I have the way I can only describe as really sore large spots. Always in the same place. Have no head but have a clear fluid in them. Are these hormonal spots and how do I get rid of them? Please help. Mrs B
