How To Get Rid Of White Spots On Tonsils?

I didn't go to the doctor. But he called me in a script for amoxicillin 4 times a day, 6 hours apart. I have pain swallowing and large white spots on my tonsils that are only getting worse. I've been on the antibiotic for 3 days and things are only getting worse. I do not have a fever but I have a really bad cough and sometimes I cough up blood in the mucus. I'm really scared and in a lot of pain... what should I do?
