How To Get Rid Of Yellow Bumps In Pubic Area?

Hi Doc, I've this problem of yellow headed bumps in my pubic area which are very painful and remains there for atleast a week or so, I've tried alopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedic medicines as well, but after a short while like a month or two, they return back.. No doctor(gyny or physician) is actually able to help me out..this problem is there with me for almost 3 years now. Please help
