How To Handle Issues To Hold A Healthy Relationship?

I was an abusive mother, but had a "working" relationship with my children when they became adults. A year ago my oldest son, 36, got married after a month of dating. Nobody in the family likes her but I tried to welcome her into the family as his new wife. Now he has decided he hates me and I am "dead to" him. Is there any way to fix this situation. I have apologized many times for anything I may have done to hurt her/them. Thank you.
