How To Handle Sleep Difficulties Post Breastfeeding?

After breastfeeding my 2 1/2 month old in the night, my breast tingle and it's difficult to go back to sleep because they are so uncomfortable. Any thoughts or advice for getting back to sleep and alleviating the uncomfortableness? I'm 34, 134 lbs, no significant hx and this is my 1st child.
