How To Heal An Open Wound From Surgery For Twisted Testis?

i have had an open wound from surgery for twisted testies bout 3 weeks ago prior to this surgery on the 19th december 2010 i had the same surgery done and again on the 19th of feb 2011 i am suffering with abdo pain to the the left testie with blood loss and testie pain it is normal to have this much pain and for the styiches burstin what should i do have been back to the same hospitial since surgery 5 times and they have said to go home and that cant do anything that i cant do at home if i move the wrong way or to much it starts to bleed and i have servire constant pain 7/10
