How To Heal Cut On Inside Of Mons Pubis?

i have a cut on the inside of my mons pubis and if i spread my labia majora its opens the cut, i think i have this because i have yeast infection and it is really itchy down there so i scratch the hell out of it, this has happened twice and alwasys straight after my period, and only stops while im on my period
