How To Heal Hard And Swollen Breast With Pain While Breastfeeding?

i have had a delivery recently and have started breast feeding my baby..since to start with brest was not coming in optimal quqntity so i have gone rough on my breast to ensure baby doenst stay hungry.. Now with the result i am find my breats hard and swollen and i am experiencing pain as well..
Please advise
