How To Heal Lung Scarring Due To Pneumonia?

What country are you in and what sort of Dr are you?
I have severe lung scarring due to pneumonia. I have other chronic conditions and am frail..I would like to build my lungs again as I get out of breathe all the time and can't exercise to build me strength. Depression goes with it..can you help?
