How To Heal The Scab From Finger Stick?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have a sore from a finger stick a month ago. The stick really hurt at the time and it never got better. The sore is just below the skin and feels like a scab. Painful. What to do? Will it go away on its own after a month?
