hi i got a tattoo the 1st wk of feb.got a rash like bumps they had whiteheads they r not on the tattoo just around it so went to doc she said i had a reaction to lotion ok here it is 2day got the bumps they dont have whiteheads i have put cortizon 10 on it a&d and they r still here dont have insur 2 go to skin doc
