How To Identify Implantation Bleeding?

My girlfriend and i were having sex and the condom broke. We got her plan b within the next 2 hours. 6 days later she started bleeding from her vagina. There was a lot of discharge on her underwear and it was dark. It only lasted 2 days. Is this impantion bleeding or just a side effect of plan b?
