How To Improve Sperm Motility With History Of Varicocele?

Hi Dr. My husband is 35years old.He had semen analysis two days before, in that he has pus cells 10-12% rbc 5-7%, sperm motility rapid progressive 0%,slowly progressive 2%,sluggish movement 5%,immotile 95%.Dr what is the solution to improve motility. Two years before he had a surgery for vericocele. We like have a baby. Please answer me. Waiting for your help.
