How To Improve Testosterone Level?

Hi, I have undergone HRT by testoviron 250mg, my testosterone level before therapy was 6nmol/l n after 3 inj it increased to 8.5 nmol/l where the normal range is 9-36nmol/l.I took the treatment a year back. What should I do? Should I take the inj again?
