How To Increase Ejaculation Time?

Doctor Sir,



I am 24 years old guy and very facinated about sex. From the time of my first girl friend(at the age of 15 years) i have been having PHONE SEX with her but never intimated with any girl.but the frequency of my mastrubating remained atleast once in a day or sometimes twice in a day.

I try to control not to mastrubate but max. i can control for 1 week.it just always be in my mind like i have to do it. i tried alot but i guess more than sexual pleasure i am addicted to mastrubating.??

last year i got the chance to imitate with a girl and we did intercourse alteast 5-6 times in 3-4 days but everytime i use to come out very soon..is this the cause of my mastrubating habit(as i mastrubate coming over the pillow and not with hands).



I even work as a maintenance engineer in a steel pant since last 2 years where there is alot of physical works and high temprature and heat.



Kindly,suggest how can i increase my ejactuation Time???since it a matter of high worry for me..It means i cant satisfy a women.
