How To Increase Hemoglobin Level While Having High Iron Level In Diabetic?

I am a diabetic with a low hemoglobin (11.2) and very high iron level (2462), I need to have a phlebotomy to reduce the iron level but hemoglobin is too low. What can I do to increase hemoglobin but not the iron. Any advice will be sincerely appreciated. This has been going on for some time now and nothing is being resolved. Sincerely Sharon
