How To Increase Sperm Count?

hi.doctor..this mrs tia . we are planning to concieve and my husband has low sperm count. we met the doctor and he is under medication for three months and doc said that i wil concieve in 3 months..iam 23 years old and iam suffering from sugar which is 115...my doctor suggested that i shld take carbophage 500 daliy twice...i wanted to know wether carbophage 500 prevents concieving?
