How To Increase The Size Of Penis?

i am 26 yrs old and i have type 2 diabetes i have noticed tht within the last month i have not been able to ejaculate...further more i know it may sound stupid but i want to increase the length or size of my penis...i measure welll....short!!! what can i do or take to help my situation
