How To Indicate Pneumonia Symptoms?

I don t know ?I m wondering if I may have pneumonia? symtems are not always present.I go out and shovel a little snow and then get pressure in chest area and feel very weak in my shoulders and arms and have to just stop everything for a bit.I go into the house and everything calms down in about 5 to 10 minutes.What do you think?
