How To Induce Periods?

Hi ! I have taken 3 norethisterone tablets from Jan 15 and stopped...I got my periods on jan22. After that, I didn t get my periods till now. What should I do to get my periods? My appetite got changed since 2 months.I am getting irritated even for small things. Please do help.
