How To Irregular Periods Inspite Of Taking Duphaston?

I have Pcod. I had irregular periods, visited Gynac on 1st Jan,she gave me duphaton for 5 days and told me that i l get periods in max 5 days after medicine will finish. Medice finished on 5thJan and today at 11th Jan, I got little spotting but no periods whole day. Please can you suggest what needs to be done.
