How To Keep Creatinine And TLC Levels Under Control?

My father Mr. Sadiq Zafar aged 54 year, diabetic patient from past 15 years has high serum cretinine of 6 approx, undergone dialysis for 3 times but again cretinine is increasing. he had a small stone in urine pipe which is removed now. his tlc is also increased. is there is any permanent treatment that he can live his normal life? Please guide me
