How To Lower Vitamin B12 In Blood?

I just had a 2nd blood test done & both times my Vitamin B-12 was 1,500 & this month it is 1,900, my Dr. said it was to high & to stop taking the vitamins with B-12 which I have done & it still is 1,900. I need to know what foods to avoid he is to booked to see me or talk to me, can you answer this ?
