How To Manage My Neck Pain?

Since Darvocet has been taken off the market I cannot find anything that they have prescribed to work for my neck pain. I have had two operations on my neck and one on my low back. I am 66 years old, do not want another surgery but I cannot sleep because of the pain. Cannot enjoy my family outings anymore.
