How To Manage Pain Due To Split Pelvis And Broken Back?

doc, in 2003 i was hurt in Afghanistan. My injuries were very servere. Split pelvis, tore left leg almost off, broke back T12-L1234. Been on oxycontin 80 mg times 3 per day with break through pain of percocet 10-325. i get minimal relief for about half the time it is supposed to work. The rest of the time I suffer greatly. What can I do to make the pain specialist understand that my pain is real and I am not a damn junkie seeking pain meds? Lee, Avinger TX
