How To Overcome Effects Of Levaquin?

I began having side effects of levaquin toxicity while taking 7 tablets of 500 mg. I am now having pain in my achilles tendon. I am 71 years old, and I received a STEROID injections . (all seems to be contraindicated for receiving Levaquin) Is there anything to counter the effects of Levaquin Toxicity?
