How To Overcome The Withdrawal Symptoms Of Temazepam?

I have been taking 15 mg. Of Temazepam as an aid for sleeping since 2005. I would very much like to wean myself off this drug and sleep naturally. There must be a way. Cold turkey is not working. Have tried substituting Melatonin and that is not working either. Am having headaches, creepy crawly feeling all over body, and sleepless nights for a week now. Need some serious, professional advice on how to tackle this as I do not want to remain on this drug. Thank you.
