How To Permanently Get Rid Of Migraines?

I suffer from migraines consistantly even though I'm on preventative medications such as Amytriptaline and Nadorol as well as acute care medications when I feel them coming on such as Maxalt, Imitrix and Axert. It seems like none of them work and all my doctors do is either increase dosage or try another pill. What else can I do to get rid of migraines?
