How To Permanently Remove Dark Circles?
Hi Doctor,
I am 30 years old and having dark circles under my eyes. I am having it for quite sometime but it didn't look prominent. But now recently it has started becoming darker and looks ugly. I am unmarried. I dont smoke or drink. I am a vegetarian. My parents don't have it so doesn't seem to be hereditory.I am working in a software company. I sleep for around 6-7 hours daily. For the past few weeks i have been trying some home remedies(cucumber/potato, tea bags etc) but those are temporary. I have started taking Vitamin E and Multivitamin tablets to increase my vitamin intake. I would like to remove dark circles permanently over a period of time naturally. Need your suggestions(food intake or any external application) doctor on how o permanently remove dark circles. Thanks.
