How To Postpone Periods?

Hi Chetna,

I heard that monthly period dates can be pushed a bit in case of emergency(like for marriage/engagement/to perform poojas). Can you advice me ont this?

My Monthly date is 16th.. i need to perform pooja on 15th. Can you suggest me please?
