How To Postpone The Puberty In A Child?

My granddaughter is aged ten years. She shows sins and symptoms of puberty, she is only 3 foot height. Puberty my stunt further growth. So we want the buberty may be postponed for another three to four yers. Could you suggest any Peadiatric endocrinologist in Mumbai so that we can contact and get advise
