How To Prevent Eczema Of Scrotum And Anus?

hi i male age 38 and have had eczema type of skin problem for around ten years if i dont use my synalarn and diprobase creams it gets worse i can on odd days get away without the synalarn and only use the diprobase twice a day once in morning and after shower in evening i have this condition on scrotum and around anus. would going without underwear all the time help? thanks
