How To Prevent Hair Fall?

I'm a 25 year old male. I've been experiencing massive hair loss for the last 3-4 years (male pattern baldness). I've been using Mintop Forte Oil and Finax Finasteride tablets for the last 2-3 years but there has been no stoppage of the hair loss. Is there absolutely anything I can do to prevent further hair loss and perhaps have more hair growth?
