How To Prevent Miscarriages Having Diagnosed With Apla Syndrome?

Hello Doctor, I had 3 mid pregnancy loss & 1 missed abortion. I was diagnosed with APLA syndrome. I was on heparin 5000IU heparin subcutaneously & Ecospirin 75mg on last pregnancy, but that too failed. Then i developed upper limb DVT. Now i m on acitrom 4mg. What are other problems should i rule out? Am i at risk on taking this tablet? Can i conceive again? If i can conceive, how to prevent this problem? Pls doctor provide ur valuable suggestions since i m confused. Thank you.
