How To Prevent Pregnancy While Sexually Active?

i m 32 year old i have a 1.1/2 year child me and my wife want to make sex without using condoms for a period of 3-6 months how its posible?

At present we use condoms and do discharge out from her vagina from my wife can we use freedom5 or other which is easy for my wife she does not like Ipill and other type of tablets please give us a simple way to solve this problem we want another baby after atleast 1-2 year
