How To Prevent Pregnancy?

I had sex with my girlfriend on Saturday afternoon. And now it s Monday morning. I m really scared she s getting pregnant. She does she. How can I know if she s pregnant and how can I like abort it or stop it if she is pregnan? Without letting both of our family knOw please help.
