How To Prevent Rashes On Neck During Summers?

Hi my name is Joseph. I get a rash on my neck every summer. It spreads onto my entire neck especially when I sweat. When i take a shower and wash it off it hurts. I have tried anti bacterial creams but when I use them it also makes the area hurt and the skin extremely raw. This only happens in the summer. Thanks for any information.
