How To Prevent Scar Post Ice And Salt Challenge?

Hi well I did a ice and salt challenge and right know it s burning it lasted till 6 or 7 minutes the challenge I heard that you could get a scar or something like that but I don t want to get anything like that before that happens can you help me please
