How To Prevent Skin From Getting Puffed After Getting Tattoo?

im an 18 year old 5ft3in female with dermographic skin writing. my skin puffs out when im scratched or rubbed against. im considering gettting a tattoo. just scratching myself causes my skin to puff out real bad so i can only imagine what the needle from getting a tattoo would do. do you have any recomendations on what i could do? would an allergy medicine help?
