How To Proceed With This Result From Ultrasound Of Pregnancy?

Hi i went in for an ultrasound and all they saw was a squiggly shaped gestational sac & im guessing the embryo, they didnt mention anything else other that the pregnancy wasnt viable? Havent gone in for a second ultrasound? Should i wait or what might this mean? Ive also had several miscarriages right before this pregnancy
