How To Purge The System Of Actonel?

I have been taking Actonel for 5 months. I am feel much worse and can hardly get around. I am about to lose my mobility. I am also in pain most of the time. I have decided to discontinue taking it. Is there anything I can do to get this out of my system and feel normal again?
