How To Quit Restyl?

I am taking half of 0.25 Mg Restyl for over 2 years and find it difficult to sleep without this. I am 83 yeas old. Can I continue with this small dose and if I should not how to stop it , I feel lethargic in the morning for at least a couple of and how to get over this lethargy at the soonest?
